- Lead and manage the Small Vehicle Program allocating resources and activities effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Oceaneerings organizational procedures and work scope requirements.
- Review and evaluate project progress identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control project budgets ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide project team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within the defined scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is preferred.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and methodologies.
The Salary range for this position is $118600 - $177800
