Manager, Program Integration

In this role youll:

• Form part of the Program Integration and Pipeline team and help design and implement the new Integration Manager role and associated processes. Youll collaborate across planning asset management and delivery to improve how projects are prioritised coordinated and prepared for delivery with a focus on the West region.
• Help manage how project opportunities enter Roads Maintenance & Resilience (RMRs) planning pipeline including work arising from broader programs and initiatives such as Planning Integration & Passenger (PIP) Regional Integration and Sydney Integration Renewable Energy Zones and other sources ensuring they are assessed prioritised sequenced and aligned with infrastructure maintenance programs.
• Work closely with planning asset management and delivery teams including bridge pavement corridor and traffic specialists to improve coordination across teams maximise value for money and support better outcomes for customers and communities.

This is a permanent position and will be located within Western NSW region.

About you

You are an experienced program project or infrastructure professional with demonstrated capability in developing forward programs of work prioritising project opportunities and integrating competing inputs into a coordinated pipeline.

You are comfortable working in an environment where priorities are complex information may be incomplete and stakeholder views may differ. You bring strong negotiation problem-solving and conflict resolution skills and can work through technical and delivery issues to support better project and program outcomes.

You are also a capable people leader who can build trust provide direction and support a team through a period of change. Qualifications in engineering project management or a related discipline or equivalent experience will support your success in the role.
