As part of our Product Area the Product Development Analyst collaborates closely with developers designers and partners to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users. • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5 years professional experience
• 2 years in financial planning experience with project management or product development background preferred with a passion for financial wellness!
• Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Product development skills including crafting clear and actionable business requirements and understanding client experience and system requirements.
• Possess analysis skills with the ability to understand how data and experiences work within a complex ecosystem
• Can work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment.
• Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences implementation and measurement.
• Enabling work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
