Who You Are: (Job Summary)

The Manager Procurement Complianceisresponsible forensuring QTSs procurementprogramscomply withcorporate regulatory contractual and ethical standards. Thishighly analyticalprofessionalwillperform regular audits implement company policies report on progress andKPIs ofdepartment initiatives and design control Compliance Managerwill performperiodiccomplex data analysis and provide key trends and information derived from it toidentifycontrol gaps and improvement Compliance Manageris responsible fordeveloping complex/competitive programs & communicating tolineof businesses and Senior Managementcompliance initiatives

What You Will Do: (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage team dedicated toCompliance Management
• Responsible for supporting audits and overseeingcontrol systems to prevent or remedy violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate withbusiness partners across theorganizationtomonitorenforcement of standards and regulations
• Develop andmaintainprocurement processes policies and tools
• Develop andmaintaingovernance models compliance policies processes and tools to drive performance innovation and risk management
• Develop training materialsin support of process improvement initiatives.
• Support supplier risk monitoring and associated reporting requirements
• Conductprocurement auditsfocusedontheprocureto pay workflow supplieractivity/setup and credit card transactions
• Report compliance activities to QTS leadership onworkincluding but not limited tointernal controls credit cardsauditresultsand key improvement results.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Perform ad-hoc specialprojects as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to Be Successful: (Required Qualifications Education Experience Certifications)

• Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Sales Marketing Engineering Business Administration Management Operations Finance or a related field
• Five or more years of relevant experience
• Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems
• Experience in managing and leading change initiatives involving significant impacts to organization

Nice to Have: (Preferred Qualifications Education Experience Certifications)

• Two or more years of direct experience in Procurement operationscomplianceorinternal audit
