We work closely with project managers leadership and other parts of Apple to craft a strategic synchronized plan that helps the Retail Organization realize its goals. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated excellence in planning and portfolio management. The ideal person will be able to effectively lead a team of planning professionals and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. You are strategically minded an excellent communicator and analytical.

Lead inspire and develop a high-performing team of planning professionals fostering a culture of collaboration growth and excellencenOwn the strategic planning and stewardship of a large complex portfolio of projects across the Retail organization ensuring alignment with organizational goals and prioritiesnProactively identify risks conflicts and dependencies across the portfolio before they become blockers bringing solutions to maximize throughput and business continuous improvement of planning processes and frameworks designing systems that are resilient scalable and built to flex with and deliver quantitative insights on the health performance and progress of the portfolio enabling data-driven decision making while evolving reporting into forward-looking predictive portfolio a dynamic and adaptive planning approach that keeps pace with the evolving needs of the Retail organization

7 years of experience in portfolio management complex program management strategic operations or a combination of extensive portfolio/program management and experience leading retail operations.n3 years of experience leading teams either through direct people management or leading large cross-functional working with Engineering and technology teamsnStrong understanding of data analysis forecasting and reporting methodologiesnProven ability to take initiative foster trust and build strong productive relationships with cross-functional teams and partnersnExperience leading executive level strategic discussions

Experience working effectively in a highly-matrixed organization across timezonesnPreferred project management professional (PMP) or portfolio management professional (PfMP) certificationnBA/BS in Business Administration or related field or relevant professional experience
