• Manage large-budget awareness and lower funnel paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Oversee campaign launch process from planning buying QA and optimizing once live. This is a hands-on keys role.
• Oversee billing processes with strong rigor and attention to detail including building billing templates and creating efficient internal billing workflows
• Multi-task effectively while managing multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously
• Execute hands-on campaign management and optimization across all major social platforms
• Communicate campaign performance strategies and recommendations clearly to clients
• Work in a dynamic fast-paced environment where priorities and budgets may shift frequently

• Must have full-funnel paid social experience across Meta Pinterest and TikTok
• Strong lower funnel paid social proficiency with demonstrated ability to optimize for conversions sales or leads
• Campaign management and budget optimization
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills you must be articulate well-spoken and able to clearly present strategic recommendations
• Budget management expertise with strong attention to billing processes and financial rigor
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced high-pressure environments
• Exceptional soft skills ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively throughout the day

• Beauty category experience
• TikTok Shop experience
• Reddit Shopping experience
• Previous experience with large-scale brand awareness campaigns

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
