What youll do...
This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.About Workforce Intelligence :

What Youll Do:
- Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments
- Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies
- Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues
- Collaborate with Finance HR and Operations to address workforce needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
What Youll Bring:
- Strong background in labor management task management scheduling and budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques
- Experience in retail or supply chain environments
- Analytical solution-oriented mindset with initiative and responsibilities

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
