A Day in the Life:

Lead daily sterile manufacturing and filling operations manage schedules budgets safety customer interactions troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Keys to Success:

Education

Bachelors degree in Science Engineering Operations Management or related field.

Experience

• 5 years pharmaceutical operations/quality experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2 years management experience.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

• Strong GMP knowledge.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Ability to lead technical teams.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 1035 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
