Role Overview

Werelooking for a strategic and execution-driven leader to own onboarding and sales readiness across ourSalesorganization. As Manager Readiness & Revenue Programs you will build and scale a global readiness system that acceleratesramp improves pipeline quality and drives consistent execution in the field.

This role sits at the center of revenue performanceensuring sellersarentjust trainedbut fully prepared to win in live opportunities.

Responsibilities

WhatYoullDo

  • Own and scale aglobal onboarding systemthat accelerates time-to-productivity across Sales roles (Account Executive Sales Development Solution Consulting etc.)
  • Designrole-based application-first learning experiencesgrounded in real deals scenarios and customer interactions
  • Establish and reinforcehow we sell standards driving clarity consistency and adoption across the sales process
  • Partner with Product MarketingRevOps and Enablement to ensureprograms reflect current messaging tools and field realities
  • Integratefield-ready content and enablement platformsinto seamless learning journeys that support live selling
  • Define and trackkey performance metrics(e.g. ramp time time-to-first deal conversion) to continuously improve program effectiveness
  • Enable frontline managers withcoaching frameworks and inspection toolsto reinforce readiness and drive accountability
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership providinginsight into readiness gaps and performance opportunities
  • Lead and develop aprogram coordinator (IC2)while driving strong execution rhythms and scalable delivery

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 410 years in Sales Enablement Revenue Enablement L&D or Program Management
  • Experience building and deliveringonboarding and readiness programsin fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding ofsales process pipeline mechanics and deal execution
  • Experience with tools likeSalesforce and enablement platforms (e.g. Seismic LMS)
  • Proven ability tomanage cross-functional programs and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical communication and program management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inSaaS Technology or EdTech
  • Background supportingmulti-role sales organizations (SDR AE SC)
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g.MEDDPICC Challenger)
  • Experience in acustomer-facing or quota-carrying role
  • Track recordbuildingscalable repeatable enablement systems

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $78100 - $138800 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures degrees and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
