Manager on Duty/Night MOD

We are looking for a responsible and service-driven Manager on Duty/Night MOD to oversee hotel operations during evening and overnight this role youll handle guest concerns support front desk and housekeeping teams and ensure the safety and security of the property. The ideal candidate is a confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the dependable after-hours leader for our hotel ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction during the night shift.
• Your daily tasks will include handling guest issues assisting with check-ins and checkouts and overseeing the safety and security of the property.
• You will report to the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
• A career as a manager on duty - night MOD can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry such as front office supervisor front office manager or even a management position in hotel operations.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A high school diploma a GED or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• A combination of education and experience

• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
