Position Overview
TheManager on Duty (MOD)oversees daily operations when full-time managers are not on-site. This includes supervising staff ensuring smooth facility and program operations and delivering excellent customer service to members and guests.

Essential Functions
- Oversee front desk fitness floor and daily facility schedule.
- Supervise and support part-time staff; report performance issues as needed.
- Respond promptly to member and guest inquiries concerns and requests.
- Handle cash and credit transactions; process daily deposits.
- Secure facility set alarms and follow closing procedures.
- Conduct tours process memberships and promote the recreation center.
- Maintain a clean professional front desk and facility environment.
- Ensure all policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Must be able to open and close the facility independently
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21.
- Strong communication customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills required.
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain).
- Genuine interest in working with people of all ages in a team-oriented environment.
Hours & Pay
- Part-Time Shifts Available:
- Tuesday 5 pm-9pm
- Thursday 5pm-9pm
- Sunday 11am-3pm
- Pay:$20.00$22.00/hour (starting at $20.00)
