- Train a team who provides the same quality work as you and doing quality work yourself by cross-training in multiple roles substituting when necessary and representing Goldfish Swim Schools core values
- Do the right things making the right decisions and treating people with integrity compassion and trust
- Understand and lead the daily operations to ensure the school is running according to Goldfish Swim Schools standard operating procedures
- Provide training to staff and stay on track with quarterly and annual enrollment goals and any subsequent goals intended to measure success
- Create and implement a plan of action when quarterly and annual goals are off track
- Gain high level competency in class bookings scheduling reporting and administrative functions as well as the Goldfish Swim School curriculum swim lesson quality standards and safety standards
- Everyone in our building is lifeguard CPR & AED certified so you must be able to pass a basic swim test (50 yards) to earn your certification. All management team members will also obtain their Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- You will direct and oversee the implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and all safety procedures for the school
- We require schedule availability that includes some weekday evenings (until 8:30pm) and at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) shift per workweek and be able to work the same scheduled days every week (Ex. Every Monday from 8:30-4:30)

- making a global difference by partnering with the USA Swimming Foundation the Make A Wish Foundation and the National Drowning Prevention Alliance to support children across the country in learning how to swim and to be part of something bigger than ourselves
- giving back to our local communities by going out and educating those outside our school on the importance of water safety and the science of swimplay and by supporting our local family programs including Highmarks Caring Place
- making a change within our own four walls. We know that the real change starts with what we do every day and were passionate about doing our part to contribute to the prevention of accidental drowning the #1 cause of injury-related death among children ages 1-4
