Job Summary

Manager of Quality and School Support Annual Process Operations

Position Summary

The Manager of Quality and School Support Annual Process Operations supports the execution of recurring time-bound processes critical to school operations. This role is responsible for coordinating optimizing tracking and delivering cyclical activities to ensure accuracy timeliness and operational readiness across all assigned functions. Key areas include assessments truancy shipping and the Intent to Return process (ITR).

Primary Focus Areas

  • Supervision and coaching of frontline staff to achieve performance expectations
  • Daily workflow management and task completion
  • Process optimization
  • Assessment logistics and readiness support
  • Operational coordination and timeline management
  • Accurate processing and reporting of school attendance and truancy

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of cyclical processes such as truancy workflows ITR and shipping logistics
  • Coordinate and execute state-mandated and college/career assessment activities including scheduling materials management and readiness tracking
  • Develop high-level/working knowledge of the teams key functions
  • Prioritize cross-training needs and ensure team members are adequately trained to provide additional workflow capacity as needed
  • Monitor work queues and adapt to shifting priorities and daily operational needs by redistributing workloads as needed
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) checklists and tracking tools across key functions and recommend process improvements and automations when applicable
  • Monitor timelines milestones and dependencies to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on time
  • Identify inefficiencies bottlenecks or delays in daily operations
  • Routinely communicate operational updates and challenges to the Director and escalate high-risk issues with clear context and recommendations
  • Support data collection validation and reporting for recurring processes ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins provide feedback and support employee development
  • Ensure team adherence to compliance requirements including Pennsylvania and federal regulations
  • Adapt to shifting priorities across cyclical deadlines and daily operational needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role. Requires the ability to lift squat sit bend or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent certifications or experience
  • 2 years of relevant work experience


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Valid PA Drivers License
  • Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
  • Must be able to commute to a Family ServiceCenter regardless ofcommutecomplexity.
  • Candidates must reside within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
