Scope of Position:

Reporting to the SMOS the MOS will assist the SMOS with supporting the Account Compliance Program; in addition will manage the Account Compliance Team.

The MOS monitors conformance to internal policies and processes and is also empowered to influence changes to those policies and processes based on observations derived from trending analysis. Core skills for the position include: communication skills conflict and problem resolution data trending analytics the ability to produce clear and concise documentation and risk analysis.

This individual will supervise a team of Compliance Auditors and will work closely with the SMOS Program Manager TEKsystems Background Department Regional Field Support Managers (RFM) and the Directors of National Accounts (DNA).

Responsibilities

Essential Functions of the Compliance MOS

  • Responsible for the day-to-day support supervision development direction and accountability of Compliance Team.
  • Manage the Compliance Team to ensure all audits are completed timely and accurately and non-compliance is addressed and communicated timely and effectively.
  • Monitor conformance to customer service level agreements (SLAs) internal processes and policies.
  • Propose continual improvements to processes and policies based on data trending.
  • Partner with the business process owners to determine best practices for educating and training internal employees.
  • Other areas and ad hoc projects as assigned or determined.

Additional Tasks

  • Conduct and lead weekly meetings with team. Facilitate resolution of escalated issues. Escalate to SMOS and/or Program Manager when appropriate.
  • Draft communications from team to Field Support Team and Leaders Sales Team DNAs etc.
  • Assume lead role for team reporting ensuring that all reports are delivered timely and accurately.
  • Assist SMOS with overseeing all Client requested audits. Ensure accurate and complete documentation is submitted to Client.
  • Assist in conducting weekly audits as necessary.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years management experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Access Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Strong initiative willingness to make change and drive accountability and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Comfort working closely with Senior Leadership.
  • Ability to evaluate and balance team and individual workload through effective time management prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach train and develop team members.
  • Ability to assess team performance and identify areas of improvement for the team and its members.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team oriented environment that is open honest and competitive.

Compensation:

$60k-$75k $5k bonus ($1250 potential paid quarterly)
