Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking a Manager of Maintenance Facilities and Safety who will provide leadership and ownership of all facility infrastructure maintenance operations equipment reliability environmental compliance and site safety programs. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe efficient and compliant operation of the facility through proactive maintenance practices continuous improvement initiatives workforce development and a strong culture of safety. The Manager will partner closely with production and operational leadership to maximize equipment uptime maintain facility readiness and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and accountability for facility maintenance building systems equipment reliability environmental programs and site safety initiatives.
Lead coach and develop maintenance personnel while promoting a culture of safety accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
Develop implement and manage preventive predictive and corrective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment facilities utilities and infrastructure to maximize uptime and operational efficiency.
Oversee troubleshooting repair and maintenance of mechanical electrical HVAC plumbing fire protection compressed air and other critical facility systems.
Serve as the site safety leader ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations company policies and industry best practices through audits inspections incident investigations corrective actions safety training and employee engagement.
Manage environmental compliance activities and coordinate with local state and federal agencies regarding wastewater air emissions hazardous materials and other regulatory requirements.
Partner with production and operational leadership to align maintenance priorities support production schedules identify equipment reliability improvements and reduce operational risk.
Develop and administer departmental budgets capital improvement projects contractor management activities and vendor relationships while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Maintain effective inventory and asset management programs for spare parts tools supplies and critical equipment to support operational continuity.
Drive facility improvement and infrastructure projects ensuring buildings grounds utilities and support systems are maintained in safe functional and professional condition.
Identify develop and deliver maintenance and safety training programs for both maintenance and production personnel to improve equipment performance operator care and workplace safety.
Maintain accurate maintenance safety environmental and compliance records while preparing reports metrics and recommendations for leadership.
You Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree trade certification or related education preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance facilities manufacturing or industrial operations including demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical HVAC plumbing facility infrastructure and industrial maintenance systems.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations workplace safety programs environmental compliance requirements and risk management practices.
Experience developing preventive maintenance programs managing facility projects and improving equipment reliability.
Strong problem-solving organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) Microsoft Office Suite and related operational software.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise machinery varying temperatures and occasional physical demands including standing climbing bending and lifting.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80000 $110000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just onecomponentof Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employees.
