Key Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with shared services product and business owners building strong and strategic relationships. Understand how initiatives across teams are interconnected and ensure expectations and dependencies are aligned.
• Head up the PowerBI Dashboarding and Power BI Admin function across the enterprise.
• Lead project-based system automation across multiple areas of reporting within the Finance Department.
• Automate the commission calculation process to account for multiple data sources varied commission rates and distinct product lines.
• Build a consolidated vendor expense reporting process utilizing vendor mapping maintained by the Finance team to fuel planning and forecasting.
• Update and migrate automated billing processes through Power BI to a new SQL-based database.
• Lead and manage implementation of new systems and enhancements for all of the record to report system initiatives including assessing resource needs coordinating with global teams and entities in Asia Europe North and South America.
• Collaborate with various department heads including HR Finance Accounting Manufacturing Supply Chain and Executive leadership to structure report and analyze data to drive process improvements.
• Ensure the system follows GAAP and financial policies guiding lease accounting revenue recognition and cost accounting to be reported on correctly.
• Conduct internal training sessions on relevant financial topics within area of expertise
• Interface between finance ops and technical teams to understand business needs define requirements and implement new business processes tools and systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and executes our overall financial system roadmap partnering closely with cross-functional finance and IT teams as well as other constituents throughout the business
