Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer
CompDrug is seeking a dynamic Manager of Clinical Services-Case Management to supervise and grow our case management services.The supervisor will collaborate with other members of the Clinical department the admissions and medical teams to ensure case management services are available to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Duties
Requirements
At least two years experience managing or supervising staff. Preference for previous experience managing staff in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Prior experience providing direct service to individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorder diagnoses.
Bachelors degree ; Masters preferred
Current Ohio LCDC III LICDC or LICDC-CS; LISW or LISW-S; or LPCC or LPCC-S
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to grow develop and/or expand programming.
Experience providing services in behavioral health setting .
Strong knowledge of and ability to apply the principles of trauma informed care and resilience when working with patients.
