Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop a team responsible for delivering exceptional employee benefits administration and client service.
• Partner with clients on complex benefits questions while serving as a trusted resource and relationship manager.
• Collaborate with Payroll HRIS Client Services and Operations to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
• Help build the future of the department by developing talent strengthening procedures and preparing the team for continued growth.
