What You Will Do:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Nursing Administration staff including Float Nurses Resource Nurses and Constant Observers. Ensures high-quality patient care maintains compliance with healthcare regulations and optimizes workflows. Participates in strategic planning identifying opportunities and developing plans that align with the organizations strategic initiatives. Responsible for budgeting staff development and fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Who Should Apply:
- Master of Nursing (MSN) (Required). Applicants with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) will be considered. Per nursing guidelines must matriculate into a Masters of Nursing (MSN) program. One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
- Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in clinical nursing (Required); previous clinical management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience navigating rapidly changing situations from evolving patient needs to technological advancements by remaining flexible continuously learning embracing new challenges and quickly recovering from setbacks.
- Advanced knowledge of aligned field and process in order to effectively manage operations.
- Current Maryland RN license required.
- Current CPR certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum 63.31/hour - Maximum 98.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
