As our Manager Nursing you will lead the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on assigned unit(s) focusing on daily operations to achieve departmental goals and foster a high-quality care environment.

Every day you will manage human fiscal material support and systems resources. You will consistently promote a positive work environment prioritize associate engagement and support staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.

To be successful in this role you will possess strong leadership operational and financial management skills a deep understanding of clinical nursing practices and a proven ability to foster a positive high-performing team dedicated to quality patient care and continuous improvement.

• Develop monitor and respond to a full range of financial service and quality indicators in all areas of responsibilities.
• Ensure appropriate staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity.
• Focus on patient safety patient experience and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals.
• Involve associates in decision through shared governance structure.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures/organizational policies for the clinical activities and regulatory readiness.
• Conduct an evaluation of productivity and collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and expenses to prepare and manage the unit/departments budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with associates physicians and patients.

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Three (3) years RN experience
• One (1) year clinical leadership experience
• Current RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable
• Nursing Specialty Certification: Sit within six (6) months and must achieve within two (2) years of hire to the role

Preferred

• Masters Degree in Nursing
