The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key projects and driving our clinical programmes forward helping us transform the treatment landscape for patients with life-threatening vascular conditions.

Salary: $25.80 - $40.00 USD per hour
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of our clinical development programmes.
* Develop maintain and track detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects proactively identifying assessing and mitigating potential risks.
* Serve as the primary point of communication for project stakeholders facilitating clear and consistent dialogue between internal teams strategic partners and senior leadership.
* Ensure all project activities are conducted in strict compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g. GCP) and company policies.
* Prepare and present regular comprehensive status reports and performance metrics to the leadership team.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment providing guidance and support to team members.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organisation.
Qualifications
* A Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Biotechnology or a related scientific field. An advanced degree (MSc or PhD) is desirable.
* Proven experience in a project management or leadership role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferably in a clinical-stage environment.
* A strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle from pre-clinical research through to clinical trials.
* Exceptional leadership organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* A proactive detail-oriented approach with robust problem-solving capabilities.
* Knowledge of thrombotic and/or cardiovascular diseases would be a significant advantage.
