Job Summary

Basic Function

HF Sinclair in Dallas TX is seeking a Manager Marketing Operations responsible overseeing the Branding operations and project management to deliver on site count growth. You will manage both branding and de-branding and be responsible for continuous improvement ensuring a seamless customer experience from contract execution to branding completion.

Job Duties
  • Oversees and outlines Key Performance indicators for Project Management Vendors and Contractors.
  • Serves as point-of-contact and liaison for brand and imaging process for contractors and vendors.
  • Manages scope of work process and completion of required site upgrades to meet site branding standards.
  • Oversees the development monitoring and reporting of progress on branding projects toward fulfillment of annual and long-term branding targets.
  • Leads and partners with analytics to drive reporting functionality through PowerBi.
  • Manages Marketings capital outlay including accruals forecasting and actuals to ensure accuracy and compliance within budget coanstraints.
  • Partners with business development to ensure smooth transitions of our joint venture projects.
  • Drives continuous improvement of our branding process including reducing the net time to brand.
  • Manages Marketings Salesforce system including improvements and automation to drive our ease of doing business.
  • Partners with Merchant Services to streamline credit card onboarding to drive earlier margin capture.
  • Drives the creation and adoption of Marketing operation policies and procedures in accordance with company policies.

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience

Education Level

A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a related field is required

Preferred Educational Level:

Masters Degree in business or related field

Required Skills

Ability to perform a variety of high-level assignments for the marketing department. Working knowledge of Microsoft products and ability to multi-task is required. Ability to handle situations involving conflicts arising out of customer and contractor complaints. Strong organizational skills; leadership effective delegation negotiation and forward thinking skills; ability to communicate effectively with others both written and verbal communication and across multiple department lines and manage third party locations. Advanced reading and writing skills with the ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility

Responsible for the direct supervision of 3 - 5 Marketing Operations staff.

Work Conditions

Office based with travel up to 33% by land and air required. Subject to varying road and weather conditions.
