Join our team as a Labeling Operations Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific where youll contribute to global healthcare and scientific this leadership role youll be responsible to build and direct a team of project managers systems specialists and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division. As a global leader youll have responsibility for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams engage with global operations and provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelors Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Packaging Mechanical Electrical Chemical tec...) or related STEM field of study (Chemistry Pharmacy Related scientific discipline)
  • 2 years of people management/leadership experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
  • Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
  • Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions with a preference for Loftware solutions
  • Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes materials and industry requirements
  • Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety quality and regulatory compliance

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $103100.00$154700.00.
