Job Summary
In this position youll work closely with the Director of Managed Care Analysis to support managed care efforts across our East and South-Central Communities along with select responsibilities that span the entire Mercy organization. Youll play an important role in helping us understand and manage our payer contracts so we can continue providing excellent care for our patients.

What Youll Do
Use your analytical and modeling skills to support managed care contract negotiations.
Partner with revenue cycle teams to ensure new and updated contracts are implemented accurately and smoothly.
Assist in resolving escalated contract adjudication issues when they arise.
Collaborate with leaders and teams across Mercy to provide insights that support our mission and our commitment to compassionate high-quality care.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving working with data and contributing to meaningful improvements across a healthcare system rooted in mission values and service.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: BS in Accounting or related financial field.
Experience: Five years of experience in healthcare finance with experience specifically in managed care and/or revenue cycle.
Other Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Advanced degree or CPA preferred
