The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Manager Knowledge Management & Technology Learning Enablement to support our enablement and training strategy for Digital AI and technology adoption across RevMed.

This is an operations role focused on improving how Information Sciences and Digital Innovation (ISDI) turns knowledge into reusable enterprise assets increases adoption of Digital and AI capabilities and scales learning through structured content management use case curation enterprise communications and network-based change enablement.

Business Outcome Enabled

This role enables faster and more consistent enterprise adoption of Digital and AI capabilities by creating a governed scalable system for knowledge capture training content management use case curation and enterprise collaboration.

Success in this role should improve:

  • enterprise access to curated Digital and AI learning content

  • reuse of internally created knowledge assets and training materials

  • visibility and sharing of practical AI and technology use cases

  • coordination and effectiveness of theAI ChampionNetwork

  • the organizations ability to scale learning adoption and change enablement without relying on fragmented one-off efforts

Metrics of success will be co-defined between this role and its Manager.

Knowledge Management and Content Governance

  • Own the operational and knowledge management approach for Digital AI and technology learning content across Information Sciences.

  • Manage both curated external/internal content and content created internally through training sessions requests enablement work and ongoing learning activities.

  • Define and maintain standards for content organization taxonomy tagging metadata version control lifecycle management and accessibility.

  • Ensure materials are current structured searchable and reusable across the enterprise.

  • Establish lightweight governance that balances consistency speed and scalability.

Enterprise Content Sharing and Communications

  • Own the process for publishing and sharing enablement content through enterprise channels including RevNet and ongoing newsletters.

  • Translate ongoing learning activity training outputs and curated use cases into high-value enterprise-facing content.

  • Ensure knowledge assets are packaged for practical consumption by different audiences across the organization.

  • Partner with stakeholders to improve visibility discoverability and sustained use of enablement content.

AI ChampionNetwork Operations and Use CaseCuration

  • Manage the logistics and operating rhythm of the AI Champion Network as a change champion and enablement community.

  • Coordinate meeting preparation content flow follow-ups and operational support for AI Champion Network activities.

  • Own the curation tracking organization and sharing of use cases raised through AI Champion meetings.

  • Maintain a structured view of escalated use cases themes priorities and reuse opportunities.

  • Coordinate closely with AI Champion members and internal AI Team for identifying use cases while retaining ownership of use case curation knowledge organization and enterprise sharing.

Digital and AI Capability Building

  • Support enterprise AI capability building by identifying organizing and sharing real use cases that help teams understand how Digital and AI tools can create business value.

  • Curate examples patterns and learning content that improve adoption of priority AI and digital capabilities.

  • Partner with Digital Data AI and platform teams to support enablement for new tools pilots and enterprise capabilities.

  • Apply adult learning and enablement principles to ensure content is practical scalable and useful in real workflows.

Onboarding and Learning Enablement

  • Improve how IT onboarding and role-based learning content is structured maintained and delivered.

  • Support learning journeys training materials and knowledge pathways tied to enterprise technologies and Digital / AI capabilities.

  • Help ensure internally developed training content aligns with defined learning objectives and enablement standards.

  • Support the creation of reusable assets from live and asynchronous learning activities.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct gap analyses to identify content duplication missing knowledge assets low-value materials and opportunities to improve reuse.

  • Gather feedback and usage insights to improve content quality communication effectiveness and learning impact.

  • Track operational metrics related to content health use case sharing knowledge reuse communications reach and enablement effectiveness.

  • Continuously improve the systems and processes that support knowledge flow use case visibility and enterprise learning.

Required Skills Experience and Education:

This is not an engineering role. Candidates without required qualifications listed below are not encouraged to apply until requirements can be met.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information systems business learning and development communications life sciences or a related field.

  • 8 years of relevant experience in knowledge management learning enablement content operations change enablement communications or related areas.

  • Experience managing structured content knowledge assets or learning materials in a technology digital or enterprise environment.

  • Strong ability to organize govern and scale content across multiple sources and stakeholder groups.

  • Successful measurable outcomes in training or organizational development supporting AI capability development.

  • Demonstrated evidence of AI capability through work products including but not limited to.

  • ability to select appropriate tools and models depending on work needs validating AI tool outputs responsible AI usage.

  • ability to identify practice opportunities to improve quality speed insight or coordination and collaboration.

  • uses digital tools in recurring work and improves workflows or deliverables.

  • shares useful examples explains what works and does not work helps others adopt good habits.

  • Experience translating ongoing activity meetings requests or training outputs into reusable and shareable knowledge assets.

  • Strong program coordination and operational management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally work in teams and in a matrices environment and able to work independently drive structure and manage evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting Digital AI technology adoption or enterprise enablement programs.

  • Experience managing internal communications channels such as intranet platforms or newsletters.

  • Experience curating and organizing use cases success stories or workflow examples for enterprise learning.

  • Experience supporting community-based change networks ambassador programs or champion networks.

  • Familiarity with knowledge and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint Confluence Simplrr or LMS environments.

  • Experience working in a regulated or life sciences environment.

  • Exposure to adult learning performance consulting instructional design or change enablement methods.

  • Experience using data and feedback to improve enablement effectiveness and adoption outcomes.

The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City CA is listed below. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the base pay salary range for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our base pay salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual base pay salary is determined by multiple factors including job-related skills experience market dynamics and relevant education or training.
