Manager, Key Accounts Team

An exciting and challenging position exists as the Manager Key Accounts within CoolITs Business Development Department. As a leader on the Business Development team you will be a key contributor to CoolITs continued and aggressive growth supporting the companys client relationship and revenue growth strategy with key accounts and channel partners.

What You Will Do

• Oversee commercial aspects of your teams client relationships including program pipeline product forecast and new product development including pricing schedules and escalations.

• Responsible for the teams strategy and development of account plans of Cloud Service Providers or other customers that result in double-digit YoY revenue growth.

• Be the voice and a strong advocate for our clients within the company; continuously strive for and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Manages a diverse team of Key Account Managers who are responsible for building our program pipeline and sustaining a product portfolio with various cloud service providers or other customers.

• Ensure your team adheres to the selling process.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to generate industry-leading sales collateral and proposals.

• Continuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services ensuring client feedback makes its way into our products.

• Engage regularly in the review and negotiation of various client-related contracts.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Position Details

• International travel (20% or greater).

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in complex multi-stakeholder account management roles focused on large enterprise IT companies.
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives.
• 3 years of experience managing teams of 5 or more as well as cross-functional contributors.
• Bachelors degree in engineering Business Administration Commerce or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data center and IT markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct contacts at the big 5 hyperscalers in infrastructure or silicon programs.
• Awareness of data center cooling strategies.
• Enjoys and contributes to a collaborative culture where nothing is impossible.
• A self-motivated individual can navigate in an industry that moves fast.
• Passionate about new technologies.
• Believes in being an ethical and good person always.
