Job Summary
The IT Shared Services Manager is responsible for IT Asset Management (ITAM) software hardware vendor and contract management. The Manager also plays a key role interfacing between all areas of the business and IT.
This is an onsite position located in Springfield Missouri.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages the operations of the IT asset and inventory functions.
Manages the operations of the IT contract management process.
Minimizes IT cost through standardization and process improvement.
Oversees procurement vendor negotiations and vendor management.
Partners with legal and procurement business teams.
Defines and enhances ITAM processes.
Manages subordinate staff supporting contract audit vendor and asset management.
Liaises between IT vendors and leadership.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree
Certificate(s) or License(s): ITIL
Years of experience: 5
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Experience managing capital and operation IT budgets
IT procurement experience
ITIL expertise
Contract management experience
Vendor management experience
Experience defining and implementing efficient processes for vendor and contract management
IT Management experience is required
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Less than 10%
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regular computer work and sitting
Occasional walking and standing
Seldom to never lifting up to 50lbs
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
