Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of hourly employees by modeling professionalism accountability and excellent customer service.
• Drive store performance by achieving sales production and operational goals.
• Create a welcoming environment by promptly assisting customers and donors and ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Develop and execute store operating plans that support business objectives and mission impact.

• Recruit coach train cross-train and develop team members while conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback.
• Enforce company policies safety procedures and operational standards while promoting a culture of teamwork respect and mission engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree or two years of college preferred with extraordinary managerial experience in lieu of a bachelors degree. Some front-line retail and managerial experience also required. Must have valid Drivers License as well as reliable personal transportation (personal vehicle).
