Multiple Positions Available:

Leading maintenance and engineering launch operations for Amazons first next-generation Fulfillment Center in North America directing comprehensive maintenance and automation systems implementation.
Managing multi-disciplinary teams to establish facility-wide maintenance standards and protocols.
Developing and implementing network-wide maintenance processes including first applications of new commissioning and qualification procedures.
Spearheading innovative solutions including AI-powered tools for maintenance qualification processes adopted across Amazons network.
Responsible for end-to-end maintenance project execution including pillar structuring equipment validation and team leadership.
Overseeing critical infrastructure improvements including design validations and change request implementations for enhanced operational efficiency.
Establishing new generation standards based on successful implementations for future Amazon FC launches network-wide.
Managing comprehensive documentation and training strategies for new generation FC building equipment.
Leading cross-functional collaboration to optimize FC design and operations while ensuring alignment with new standards and requirements.
Providing strategic leadership in complex problem-solving and decision-making while mentoring other managers in launch operations and maintenance management.

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Mechanical Engineering Business Administration Management or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have 1 year of experience in the following skills:
Experience with budget management long-range facility planning and capital project management.
Experience in a similar multi-site corporate manufacturing or commercial environment is strongly preferred.
Experience developing and implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

The pay range for this position in Arlington VA is $123300 - $166800 (yr); however base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
