Human Resources ManagerLocation: Union MissouriFacilities Supported: Union MO Manufacturing & Distribution Center; Osage IA Manufacturing FacilityTravel: Up to 20%Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our manufacturing and distribution operations in Union MO as well as our manufacturing facility in Osage IA. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day HR functions driving employee relations initiatives ensuring compliance and supporting a positive productive work environment across both ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR contact for plant leadership and employees across both sitesManage employee relations including coaching investigations and conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policiesSupport recruiting onboarding and retention efforts for hourly and salaried employeesLead performance management and employee development initiativesPartner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needsOversee HR programs including attendance leaves of absence and benefits administrationMaintain accurate HR records and reporting metricsTravel up to 20% to support the Osage IA facility and business needsPromote a culture of safety engagement and continuous improvementQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing distribution or operations environmentStrong knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practicesProven experience handling employee relations and workplace investigationsAbility to build trust and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong communication organization and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficePreferred QualificationsPHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certificationExperience supporting multi-site and/or multi-shift operationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for growth and career developmentCollaborative and team-oriented environmentAbility to make a direct impact on plant operations and culture
