Acadia Healthcare is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Managerto lead HR operations at our Coachella Valley facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving a strong culture of engagement accountability and excellence across the organization.

As a trusted advisor to facility leadership the HR Director will partner closely with operational leaders to align human capital strategies with business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experiencefrom talent acquisition and retention to employee relations compliance and organizational developmentensuring we continue to provide exceptional care through our most valuable asset: our people.

Salary: $95000 - 130000

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Responsible for all phases of human resources within a facility to include recruiting and selection onboarding new hire orientation and payroll processing. Responsible for compensation employee relations and workers compensation.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the day to day HR functions for the facility.
  • Interpret HR policies for staff and respond to staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Translate complex information and provide highly specialized advice in a specific Human Resources discipline.
  • Serve as known expert in subject matter with a broad knowledge and understanding of HR functional areas.
  • Manage and implement corporate and local Human Resources programs to fulfill state and federal policies and regulations.
  • Identify data needed for reports and ensure reports accurately capture and present information appropriate to the audience.
  • Communicate information to all levels of the facility including leadership staff and other community members.
  • Responsible for leading motivating and assessing diverse teams including experienced and junior professionals.
  • May lead projects that impact the facility at the request of leadership or corporate Human Resources.
  • Responsible for compensation employee relations and workers compensation.
  • Provide staff management to include hiring development training performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources business or related field .
  • One to three years previous experience in a Human Resources leadership role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment selection training compensation and benefits labor relations and negotiation and human resources information systems .

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
