Job Summary
- Supervise daily laboratory operations and guide the team to meet workload quality and turnaround expectations
- Set priorities assign work and monitor operational delivery across assigned laboratory work groups
- Support hiring training coaching and performance management under the mentorship of management
- Oversee inventory resource planning and budget-aligned use of reagents and laboratory supplies
- Drive safety quality and compliance practices including timely resolution of CAPA and quality incidents
- Partner with stakeholders to lead process improvement initiatives evaluate vendor platforms and strengthen laboratory performance metrics
- Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences
- Must have active Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
- 3 years of experience as a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
- In depth knowledge of clinical testing procedures and applicable laboratory testing regulations
- Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles root cause analysis and company-specific program requirements
- Other equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others while navigating operational and people-related challenges
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks projects and competing demands
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers managers clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations study setup cross-functional dependencies and occupational safety requirements
- Applicable certifications and licenses as required by local regulations; Clinical Lab Scientist license preferred

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $77100.00 - $160700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
