Do Your Talents Include the Following

• A solid foundation of healthcare industry knowledge and a deep understanding of key internal controls related toITcybersecurityand otherhealthcarebusiness functions likerevenue cycle compliance privacy operational clinical and/or financial processes.

• A strong understanding of technology risk managementcybersecurityprinciplesandcontrol frameworks within healthcare environments

• Experience assessingtechnology risksand enhancing controls acrosssecurityidentity infrastructure applications and data environments

• Knowledge of healthcare-specific cybersecurity risks including ransomware medical device security EHR vulnerabilities and third-party ecosystem risk

• Specificfocus on areas of technology included: cybersecurity cloud data governance analytics electronic medical records (e.g. Epic Cerner Meditech etc.) enterprise applications (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics etc.) disaster recovery systems development methodologies etc.

• Understandingcommonly used information technology frameworks / regulatory requirements including HIPAA NIST Cybersecurity Framework HITRUST CSF ISO 27001 COBIT ITIL etc.

• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and automation with a focus on governance security and risk implications.

• Ability to translatetechnologyrisks and technical topics into clear actionable insights for executive stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to evaluate dataidentifytrends and provide risk-based recommendations

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills including executive-level presentations and documentation

• Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities and adapting to change

• Experience leading teams managing project delivery and contributing to client account growth

• Ability to build relationships develop thought leadership and contribute to internal and external initiatives
  

Your Educational and ProfessionalQualifications:

• 5 years working incyber security technology riskconsulting or related field either in professional services or healthcare industry.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Healthcare AdministrationInformation Technology Cybersecurity Computer ScienceAccounting Finance Economics or Business-Related Field).

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• ProficiencyinPowerBI Tableau Alteryx SQL Python and/or RPA Solutionsa plus.

• Professional certification such asCISSPCISA CISM or similar preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvariesby client project team and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
