About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and ouralternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys mostrespected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions meansour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a key member of the Fund Accounting team a Manager is responsible for producing high-quality NAV addition a Manager must develop strong technical and interpersonal skills in order to coach the on-shore and off-shore teams.
- Providing technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients and internally
- Coordinate with Operations group Financial Statement group Tax group and Investor Relations group
- Coordinate manage and monitor external audit process
- Review fund partnership agreements PPMs and other materials
- Lead the Implementation of fund structures on accounting system
- Coach develop and train staff
- Complete ad hoc reports as needed
- Review trading and operations processes for the Companys real assets division
- Complete any other functions required as part of the business of the Company
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelor or Master level degree (in accounting finance economics).
- 5 years public/private accounting experience
- 7 years real estate and/or private equity experience
- Knowledge and experience in GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with fair value reporting for real estate investments and debt obligations
- Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate Funds
- Experience in reviewing real estate operations and preparation of full sets of financial statements including notes
- Knowledge of multi-family and commercial real estate accounting
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
- Knowledge and experience in real estate/private equity accounting systems (Yardi MRI Investran etc.)
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
Salary Range: USD$ 120000 - 160000
