Overview:-

The Manager FP&A - Supply Chain Finance is a key strategic finance partner responsible for supporting the end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain Finance organization through financial planning analysis reporting forecasting and budgeting. This role works closely with the E2E Supply Chain Director Supply Chain Finance Leaders and the FP&A team to ensure accurate financial reporting drive financial performance and improve planning processes.

includingleadingtheAEPandIVCPprocessesforSupplyChainFinance.

PerformanceMonitoring:Leadexecutive-levelfinancialreportingprovidinginsightsandsupportfor

operationaldecision-making.

Job Requirement :

Education

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
• Professional finance qualifications (CPA CMA ACCA MBA) are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
• Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred; candidates from other industries should demonstrate strong learning agility.
• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
