What You Will Do

• Lead engineering initiatives that enhance the integration of AI-driven underwriting decisioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Utilize JavaScript and Jira to streamline project workflows and track progress effectively.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering and support processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 610 years of experience in engineering leadership roles particularly in forward-deployed or solutions engineering.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript and experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Strong background in the insurance or AI sectors with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B environments particularly within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes and technologies.
• Previous involvement in scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced growth-oriented company.

Compensation and Benefits
