What Youll Do Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations for Global the Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and logistics for Berklee Globals programs events and international partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing event logistics travel arrangements program scheduling and budget reconciliations across domestic and global initiatives.

• Leading travel teams to partner locations worldwide overseeing on-the-ground delivery of global programs workshops and engagements.

• Serving as a primary liaison for global partner inquiries advising students on credit transfer processes and supporting proposal processing.

• Hiring training and supervising student assistants temporary staff consultants and alumni artists while overseeing sub-contracted teams.

• Maintaining departmental technology databases and reporting systems to ensure seamless operations.
  

What Were Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelors degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in higher education or performing arts management.

• Musicianship & Skills: Active performing musician with formal musical training. Multilingual abilities are preferred.

• Global Expertise: Deep knowledge of domestic and international travel planning and cross-cultural engagement.

• Operational Drive: Strong financial acumen budget tracking skills and proficiency with database and office software systems.

• Flexibility: Comfortable working on campus with regular global travel (ranging up to two weeks monthly) and occasional evening/weekend hours.
