The Manager Field Operations leads the Field Management team by defining objectives priorities and deadlines required to meet short term goals and objectives. Is responsible for the success of each team member. Typically manages the work efforts of supervisors/individual contributors.
Allocate daily tasks to crews brief methods confirm tool readiness and vehicle loadouts. Lead onsite execution validate steps against MOPs and manage hold points. Check installation qualitymounting torque alignment labeling and functional tests; record values. Capture photo/video evidence and ensure required measurements are logged. Verify customer contact and site access steps; escalate issues promptly. Confirm PM/service tasks executed (functional checks adjustments firmware/config updates). Coach apprentices and techs on metering/measurement technique and documentation completeness. Close work orders with accurate notes readings photos and redlines. Escalate abnormal findings (missing parts facade issues interference) for immediate action. Stage materials and kits for nextday jobs; verify BOM completeness.
Minimum Experience: 6 years Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
