Invest in the development of your team through hiring coaching and inspiring them to do their best multiple concurrent programs including scope requirements timelines and collaboration across cross-functional partners to formulate the roadmap drive execution and manage intake on time delivery and deployment establishing checkpoints and communicating status identify issues manage risks identify mitigations marshal resources and re-plan as events an active role in improving how products are built and projects are executed within the Apple Services Engineering organization.

8 years of technical program/project management for software or software/hardware productsn2 years managing a team of technical program/project managers responsible for taking features through the complete software development life cyclenHas personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products under demanding timelines managing multiple work streams cross functionally across a large organizationnExperience working in Cloud Platform related software in relationship building and has proven success in influencing without direct authoritynDevelops effective teams comprised of early career and experienced employeesnCuts through ambiguity by establishing priorities developing plans and anticipating risksnIs self-motivated and enthusiastic enjoys solving problems with teammates and has demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilitiesnHas best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written u0026 verbal) to all levels of an organizationnDemonstrates attention to detail and enjoys both hands-on work and high-level strategic thinkingnBachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or deep relevant industry experience
