Job Opening available at our office in Frankfort KY
Position: Manager Engineering
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of process engineers technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to increase productivity reduce waste and enhance quality.
- Oversee the design installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Collaborate with product design quality supply chain and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Establish and maintain process documentation work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Use lean manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Manage capital equipment projects and budgets including cost justification and ROI analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving leadership for production issues.
- Support training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Travel Requirements:
- Domestic travel - approx. 2 weeks/year
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
- 1 year of experience in job offered or related
- 1 year of experience includes knowledge of EPT sealers double-sided tape and SPV Films
Salary Range: $ 84000 $89000 per year Work Hours: 40 hours / week
