Are you a collaborative healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Join HealthPartners as the Manager of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Operations at Regions Hospital and play a key role in advancing exceptional patient care through operational leadership and strategic partnership.

The Manager of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Operations responsibilities are to support HealthPartners quality financial and service goals through professional management for the department practices. This role serves as the main point of contact for operationalizing practice-related initiatives involving the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Department.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday Business hours

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Health Care or other related field.

    • 35 years experience in forecasting budgeting and financial management.

    • Experience in lead supervisory or management role.

  • Strong leadership interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent written verbal and facilitation communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in healthcare administration or related field.
