About the Role
As the Manager Diagnostic Imaging you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive imaging department spanning multiple modalities. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations driving process improvement initiatives ensuring exceptional quality and patient care and managing departmental financial and human resources.
The Manager partners with physicians technologists and hospital leadership to enhance operational performance optimize workflows and support a culture of safety service excellence and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day operational demands while advancing departmental goals improving patient experiences and achieving key quality regulatory and financial objectives.

Heres what youll need
Minimum Required:
- Bachelors degree - or equivalent training acquired via work experience
- 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- May require on-call weekend holiday and emergency coverage as department needs warrant.
- Excellent communication interpersonal prioritization and decision-making skills
- Requires travelling to offsite locations as needed

- Oversee clinical student technologist rotating through the department
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
- 6-10 years management experience
- Masters Degree
- UKG scheduling or equivalent
- EPIC PAC experience or equivalent
- Excel Proficient (intermediate)

Annual Salary Range: $96782.40 - $159700
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
