This position is primarily responsible for maintenance management and organization in the development of the operation administration and management in the assigned location.

• Responsible for day to day store operations including scheduling training and supervising employees and assistant manager.
• Responsible for the store profits and all controllable expenses including labor inventory levels and cash and inventory. Completes documentation required by the company.
• Analyzes results operational trends make action plans to provide direction to areas of opportunity.
• Responsible for inventory management purchasing audits compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
• Monitor purchases and supervises appropriate processes with various suppliers.
• Trains and evaluate employees in existing and new business processes.
• Requires three years of experience in management positions in companies in retail and / or wholesale food service or fuel industry.
