ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking an exceptional Manager Cost Accounting to manage and executefull stack cost accounting for a significant portion of Andurils portfolio ofproducts. This role is critical to driving accuracy insight and control across ourdevelopment manufacturing and production operations.

ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to theDirector Cost Accounting the Manager will ensure consistent and compliantapplication of Andurils standard costing methodology and be responsible fordetailed transactional and balance sheet reconciliation review. The idealcandidate will bring deep technical competency strong leadership skills and arisk-based approach in support of the companys preparation for a potentialfuture IPO.

WHAT YOULL DO
  • Lead mentor and develop a regional team of cost accountants and analystsdedicated to supporting the specific products and their associatedproduction sites.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and technical expertise to the team.
  • Oversee and continuously improve standard costing practices to ensureaccurate product costing variance analysis and margin reporting.
  • Responsible for a portion of the Companys cost accounting close processincluding cost roll-ups variance analysis absorption reporting andreconciliations of inventory and work-in-process.
  • Support the Director with the design implementation and maintenance ofinternal controls to strengthen financial accuracy and compliance; identifyand remediate control deficiencies as needed.
  • Administer physical and cycle count programs across sites ensuringcompleteness accuracy and proper valuation of inventory.
  • Interface directly with external auditors on cost accounting and inventory-related matters during the annual financial statement audit.
  • Partner with Operations Supply Chain and Engineering to analyzemanufacturing performance cost drivers and production efficiencyopportunities.
  • Support pricing cost proposal and audit requirements related to contracts (FAR/CAS).
  • Contribute to IPO readiness initiatives including audit preparationsystems scalability and establishment of SOX-compliant financial controls.
  • Support the Director with preparing insightful cost analyses andrecommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Support the Director with a continuous improvement mindset prioritizingautomation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required; CPA orCMA strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience with standard costing in complex low-volume high-dollar manufacturing environments with ability to grow into a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting cost principles (FAR/CAS).
  • Demonstrated experience with designing and maintaining effectiveinternal controls and supporting external audits.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP or similar) anddata analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead communicate effectively across functionsand influence senior leadership.
  • Experience in a privately held company preparing for an IPO is highlydesirable.
  • Exceptional analytical organizational and leadership skills with a focus oncontinuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

US Salary Range

$97000 - $129000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
