Job Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for leading telecommunications construction projects from planning through execution ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met. You will coordinate internal teams contractors and customers while managing project scope workflows and reporting. Success in this role means delivering projects efficiently maintaining customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

Lead project teams vendors and contractors within designated markets
Manage project schedules deliverables capacity production and cycle time expectations
Conduct internal status meetings and implement workflow adjustments to ensure on-time completion
Attend customer meetings provide project status updates and resolve issues or conflicts
Maintain accurate project tracking systems and documentation
Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency reduce cycle times and improve quality
Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs

Required Qualifications:

Education Licensing and Certifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid drivers license preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Experience managing end-to-end telecommunications construction projects
Experience with Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) projects

Skills and Abilities

Strong project management organizational and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in SQL Microsoft Excel Visio and Google Earth
Strong communication analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service (White Glove Service)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics
PMP certification
Civil construction and/or telecommunications construction background
Experience with FTTx and Small Cell deployments
Relationship management experience with municipalities clients and government agencies

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in office and field environments as needed
Ability to sit stand and use computer equipment for extended periods
Ability to travel to job sites and customer meetings as required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check drug screen and MVR
