Job Summary

The Collections Manager oversees the companys customer collections operations with a focus on minimizing delinquenciesoptimizingcash flow andmaintaininga positive customer experience. This role manages a team responsible forcollecting onboth residential and commercial accounts for a home security subscription-based business ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Lead mentor and develop the Collections team including supervisors collectors and support staff.

• Set performance goals KPIs and incentive structures tied to collection effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve collection rates while protecting customer relationships.

• Partner closely with Sales Customer Service and Legal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management.

Licenses Certifications &Educational Requirements

• All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.

• Sales CustomerServiceand/or Collections experience

• Education required GED/HS

• Been employed at SafeStreets for a minimum of 2 years orpreviousmanagement experience of at least 2 years preferred.
  
  

Compensation

SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and for eligible roles variableâcompensationâor bonuses.âVariable andâbonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal state and local wage laws including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements.âVariableâpay if applicableâis definedâin a separate compensation plan.â
