Job Summary

Job Description

Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Documentation Integrity program. This role drives initiatives that strengthen provider engagement improve documentation accuracy and ensure accountability across the program. The Manager translates organizational priorities into effective workflows and team practices that support accurate complete and compliant clinical documentation for quality patient care appropriate reimbursement and reliable quality outcomes. Oversees daily operations leads and develops CDI staff and optimizes processes to ensure timely and compliant documentation and coding practices. The role develops and maintains alignment with clinical documentation guidelines regulatory requirements and industry standards while partnering with clinical coding quality and administrative teams to enhance documentation performance and support organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

6-9 years

CCDS CDIP RHIA or CCS - ACDIS / AHIMA

Bachelors Degree
