Job Summary:
This role serves as the primary liaison between the Supply team and fieldSales organizations ensuring seamless alignment between current and future demand while preparing the supply network to meet these needs at the lowest overall delivered cost. The positionis responsible fortactical and operationalSupplyChainPlanning and network optimization for bulk CO2 products across the U.S. and Canada. Additionally the roleidentifiesand evaluates long-term projects and opportunities to drive cost savings productivity and efficiency improvements within the CO2 supply chain. It alsoprovidescriticalSupplyChain insights to support strategic growth initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:
PrimaryInterfacebetweenMarkets/SalesStrategicProductManagementandOperationsforCO2
- Primaryday-to-dayinterfacewithaccount managersandregionalMarkets leadershiponunderstanding changesincustomerdemandthatwillaffect thesupplynetworkconfiguration
- Provide product availabilityandcosting analysesto Strategic ProductManagement for over DOA-based newbusiness andinvestment case analyses and seniormanagement for overall business management
- Provide CO2 outage(dislocation)costs during major outages/force majeure events for costrecoverypolicydefined byStrategic ProductManagement andMarkets
TacticalSupplyChainPlanningandOptimization:
- Assigns plant production rates andinventorytargets incollaborationwith field operationsandEnergyProcurement teamto minimize overall product costs.Thisincludes day-of plant turndowns/shutdownstomeet powerreduction obligations andminimize/avoidpeakpowercosts.
- Responsibleforcoordinatingwith Scheduling teamsoninventoryizeimpacttocustomers.
- Ensuresallmid-andlong-termpurchaseagreementsareutilizedbasedonlowesttotalincrementalcosts.
- Responsible for developmentuse and compliance to proprietarynetworkoptimization systems(TACT)including qualityofinputsandadherencetooutputs.
- Execute supplyreviewswith field personnel and develop operationalplansfor Sales andOperations Planning.Sets transportresourcelevelsrequiredtofulfilplanwhileminimizingassetsandcosts.
OperativeSupplyChainResponse:
- Execute supply reviews with field personnel and develop operational plans for Sales and Operations Planning. Sets transport resource levelsrequiredto fulfilplanwhile minimizing assets and costs.
Other:
- SupervisesraillogisticsanalystwhoisresponsiblefordailymanagementoftheCO2andArgonrailfleetsincludingISOcontainersfor exportoptimizesCO2railoperationsandprovides detailed analysis onmonthlycostperformancefuturefleetsizingneedsoperativekeyperformanceindicatorsandcoordinateswithFOB(pickup)customers.
- Responsiblefor developingkeyoperationalassumptions and associated costs forthe annual budgetingprocess and on-goingreforecastsincludingpurchasesrailshipmentsplanned outage(dislocation)costs

- Minimum7yearsexperienceinindustrialgasesorrelatedprocessindustry with SupplyChainManagementexperience
