Were currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about people food and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What Youll Do

As a Restaurant Manager at Paisans youll be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Youll lead train and inspire your team to uphold our high standards while ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout every shift. Our managers lead with purpose and we back them with the tools and trust they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure consistent food quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Manage staffing: hiring training scheduling and performance feedback.

• Monitor financial performance (labor food costs waste etc.) and control costs.

• Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.

• Foster a positive high-energy work environment aligned with Paisans culture.

• Work closely with upper management to implement operational goals and initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-pressure environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.

• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and inventory control is a plus.
