Manager Capital Markets Pipeline Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Report Pipeline Manager to oversee and manage the pipeline of the Capital Markets group. This role requires exceptional organizational skills the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and extensive experience in pipeline management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Management:Oversee the entire order pipeline ensuring timely and accurate processing of reports.
• Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of analysts and coordinators providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Quality Control:Implement and maintain rigorous QC processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of property reports.
• Vendor Coordination:Liaise with multiple vendors to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of property data.
• Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting:Generate and present regular pipeline status reports to senior management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• Problem Solving:Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the pipeline promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Compliance:Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in pipeline management preferably in the property or real estate sector.
• Leadership:Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a high-paced environment.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in pipeline management software and tools (e.g. FileZilla SFTP).
• Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with vendors team members and senior management.
• Attention to Detail:High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management:Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with property report processes and industry standards.
